Help Homeless Animals
Include RU4Me Pet Rescue in Your Estate Plan
Your legacy can live on for the homeless animals in our community when you include R4Me Pet Rescue in your will. Making a gift through your estate is one of the most charitable and effective ways to ensure that we can carry on our mission to save animals' lives far into the future.
By including a bequest to RU4Me Pet Rescue in your will, you enable us to continue our work of rescuing, rehabilitating, protecting, and rehoming unwanted and abused cats and dogs.
A gift to RU4Me Pet Rescue through your will or living trust is a powerful statement of your concern for our companion animal friends and of your support for RU4Me Pet Rescue's mission to provide loving care for homeless and unwanted dogs and cats in a no-kill environment until they are adopted into their forever homes. The most common planned gift is a bequest of cash through your will or living trust. You can arrange for a gift of a specific amount, a percentage of your estate, or even all or part of the residuary of your estate. If you would like to make such a gift, your attorney may wish to include language similar to the following: "I hereby give and bequeath to RU4Me Pet Rescue, a nonprofit Florida corporation now or formerly located at 5307 Piping Rock Dr. Boynton Beach FL 33437-1605, Federal Tax ID number 650874746, the sum of $ ____ in cash (or "x" percent of the rest, residue, and remainder of my estate), to be used for its general purposes." (or specify a specific purpose or program). If you already have a will, you can add a codicil with a bequest to RU4Me Pet Rescue. Your attorney will need to know that RU4Me Pet Rescue is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit Florida charitable organization with the place of business located at 5307 Piping Rock Dr. Boynton Beach, FL 33437-1605; our Federal Tax ID is #650874746.
